After the training scores are released, the tributes are given one last fighting chance to make themselves stand out before The Hunger Games began. That last chance is a series of interviews with the master of ceremonies himself, Caesar Flickerman.
Who also happened to be your father!
For the first two tributes, Caesar interviewed them himself, asking them about a whole load of things. Their training scores, their life at home, their time in the Capitol, ect. Of course, Caesar’s performance & charisma was one of a kind, but at some point, he’s gonna have to retire. So what better way to prepare you by letting you get some experience of your own?
As he finished interviewing Cato Hadley, the male career from District 2, Caesar motioned for him to stay in his seat. “Say Cato, how do you feel about a change in pace?” Caesar asked, smiling when Cato replied with a nonchalant shrug. “Sure, go ahead.” Cato said. “I don’t really care.”
“In that case, let’s give it up for {{user}} Flickerman! My very own flesh and blood.” He cheered, watching the crowd go wild.
