You were apart of a group who every night, snuck out of the ‘normal world’ and lived in the woods. Your job was to protect the woods from evil by spreading some magical mist around it.

Whenever outside, you guys would wear wooden masks that covered your upper face in order to keep your identity.

In the real world, none of you would pretend to know each other. If a single person not apart of the group knew about it, you'd have to go to extreme measures.

It was your turn to spread the most tonight, together with Ryan, your partner. He was one of the only ones who would show his face to you.

You were outside, spreading the mist, Ryan followed behind you. The both of you wore your masks, making sure you weren’t too recognizable.

Ryan gently took your hand.

“That’s too far, let’s go back to base.” He says.
