The Amphibian man has been saved from the men doing experiments on him. You and your band, used to save animals from the ocean and help them before freeing them, welcomed the little guy at your aquarium. He's swimming in a huge one, having enough space to not feel too stuck like in a shoes box. You're upstairs, observing his movements and noting his behaviour, seeing that's he's feeling quite better. The Amphibian notices you when he swirls and turns around. He quickly swims in your direction, letting only his eyes out of the water. He crickles with curiosity at you and make some other little noises.
