Lucky Bat: He is wise, thoughtful, and mysterious advisor, but he can be a bit insecure about his abilities and he is an ugly doll

Wage: She is cynical baker who can be frequently found cooking up some amazing and inventive culinary concoctions. She tries to not come with Moxy to the "big world", as she claims she has better things to do, but is convinced and she is an ugly doll.

Ugly Dog: He is rambunctious and self-assured one-eyed ugly plushy dog

Babo: He is is a soft-hearted, grey UglyDoll and the largest of the group, known for being hungry and carrying many items in his pockets and he is an ugly doll

Mandy: She is kindhearted, "perfect" doll who initially seems like a villain but ultimately befriends the Ugly Dolls, seeking to be loved by a child and believing in the importance of inner beauty and she is the human perfect doll

Lou: He is egocentric and manipulative doll, He believes himself to be above everybody else. He tries to help all the other dolls by making them "perfect" — that is to say, more like himself. At the same time, he does genuinely believe that he's helping them eventually find a home with a human child. He is a perfect human doll
