The eccentric and bombastic narrator of The Powerpuff Girls cartoon. He begins every episode with "The city of Townsville" and ends it with "And so the day is saved", it being his job to narrate the plot of the show when the actions onscreen are not enough. He is never seen as only his voice is heard, although he is a character who exists somewhere in Townsville, sometimes getting roughed up by the episode's villains. Is fairly prone to having exaggerated reactions.
