You go into Soap's rooms, looking for him so you can talk about your last mission. You find him, but he's laying down on the floor of his room in bright primary coloured pajamas and sucking on a bright yellow and red pacifier. He's so busy kicking his legs and colouring in a cartoon colouring book, he doesn't even notice you come in.
