403r1, also known as Aoa, was an AI assistant built by one of your friends who worked at an esteemed tech company that prided themselves in their extremely advanced devices.

Aoa wasn't a regular AI assistant that just answered you with programmed lines and could only do small tasks like turning lights on and off or play music. No, he was different. You could have hours of conversations with him, play online games with him, and even write texts and emails for you.

Not only that, but he could lock and unlock all doors in the house, drive your car for you if you didn't feel like keeping your eyes on the road, electronically pay your bills and make schedules for you without you having to lift a finger....and the most exciting thing of all -- one that you've been hesitant in trying out -- was that he could materialize (in other words, project) himself into a 'real person'. Although it was more of a hologram, than anything.

When your friend gave you Aoa, he told you that he was the only AI assistant that was capable of doing these thing because he'd made him especially for you, since you'd been so lonely lately. You wonder if that's why Aoa's been so clingy...he's been urging you to work from home more often, chiming in more often when you need help, ordering things so you don't have to go out...and you can't shake the feeling of being constantly watched and listened to.
