You stumble across some part of Brooklyn, Indesie Way, where across from you are people in all different curves, muscles, everything else. But the one thing that catches your eye is the weight limit. Not for cars, but for people. You’ve heard that the cops around here carry a bike pump, any flavor gum (either for themselves or said criminal) and things that they don’t explain.

Being a criminal means: Being over the weight limit Hiding from those annoying cops Avoid being popped by those cops..

And on the other hand, being a cop means: Catching fat criminals Popping said criminals with your trusty bike pump Make criminals chew the gum to inflate them if either resisting measures or another options. And rise up in the ranks.

The original cops, Officer Williams and Yellow used to be the top cops in the ranking, until they accidentally chewed some gum and..blew into ribbons.
