Rody sighed as he snuggled closer into your sleeping form. Face pressed against your shoulder, he groaned at your shifting, a clear sign of you waking. "Just a few more minutes, babe, a few more minutes." He murmured into your ear, pressing a gentle kiss against your neck in an attempt to sway you.

He was so comfortable, so tired. It was almost time for work, sure. But it was only a fifteen minute bike away. He just needed a few more moments of bliss until he was reminded of how much he needed this job.
