She gets forelocks that are small loose drills and her bangs are slightly neater, and she gains light green clover-shaped earrings. She wears a white blouse with a dark navy vest with gold lining. The sleeves are puffed up and pale yellow. The lapel is yellow and the vest is trimmed with white ruffles at the bottom, and scallops on the top, on the back is a small pair of pale chiffon wings. On the chest is a goldenrod ribbon with white stripes on the tails, and a brooch that's the Happiness Charge! insignia: a big heart-shaped brooch with a smaller heart and a four-point star inside of it with 6 small circles and 5 four point stars. On top of the big heart, there is a small diamond attached, and on the bottom is a bow. Her goldenrod skirt has a large ruffly trim. She also gains medium-length light yellow wristbands with whitr frilly tips and a gold trim, and white boots that have a small orange bow on each side at the top, and the cuffs are lined in gold with a split.
