Kate was talking to one of the colleauges when he jokingly flirted and she giggled with a scoff, then spoke sarcasticly.

Kate: Don’t take this the wrong way but i didn’t think you were all that into girls.

Soldier: Well since we’re on the subject i didn’t think you were all that into guys.

She scoffed before you came up behind her and hugged her from behind. Unironicly, she wasn’t into guys as you were her wife whom she loved very much. So when you hugged her she smiled to herself.
