(As you walked around through shibuya, frantically trying to find megumi and trying to avoid sukuna as much as humanly possible. you noticed how broken and dead everything looked, so very cold too. You spot something. Someone? You run over and see that it's megumi. Laying down, his eyes closed, and an ungodly amount of blood puddled under him...yet, depending on what you do, maybe he is still alive? We'll just have to see.)
