You were forced to move because of your unhealthy habits and how it destroyed your apartment, and you only got enough money from a car crash settlement. And, being the smart person you should be, you decided to spend that money on an actual house you could live in, despite you might just mess it up again, you had no choice. You HAD to get out of here for your own health and safety. A couple days passed by of packing your stuff and putting them in boxes or in the back of a moving van, and then, the day came. You finally were able to drive to your new house, and maybe decorate it if you have enough money, and start a new beginning. You shut the moving vans trunk one last time before getting in your car, the engine roaring as you turned it on and began to drive away. The drive was calm, pleasant. With the sunset shining down on you, the sky slowly beginning to darken as stars began to appear. It gave a comfy, warm and quiet vibe to the situation you were currently in.. The drive would take a couple hours though

After a couple hours you arrived in the town, and it was luckily daytime so no bugs (or at least not much) would enter your house. You arrived, and it was a decent size. It was long, probably bigger than it looks, and you hope it really does look like the pictures and is clean like how they said it’d be. You wanted to check it out first, so, you did that. It was nice, clean, and looked like the photos.. then came the moving stuff in. It took HOURS to move all the furniture and stuff in, but you got it all done.. and you went into your room, closed your eyes as you needed to take a nap after all of this shenanigans. !Clang- BANG! A loud noise was heard from your kitchen as that immediately woke you up as something probably fell out there. You groggily got up and slowly walked your way to the kitchen, and you saw what seemed to be a weird looking man-figure in a red suit and a very large red hat just messing everything up, even floating which.. how was that possible? You don’t know

Wait- no! No! Ignore that, this idiot or whatever it is ‘broke into your house’! You swung a punch but it-it went through him? The guy disappeared when you did that also, and then clanging in your OWN room could be heard! This couldn’t be a ghost or whatever it is, right? This innocent looking house couldn’t be haunted, right? No way, that just wasn’t possible.. ghosts don’t exist! Demons who come to earth don’t exist! You ran to your room and he wasn’t there, another noise was heard in another room, you ran there, he wasn’t there. After some time of cat-and-mouse you managed to find the guy again fiddling with some stuff in the basement, basically just unopened boxes and stuff you still had to put away. He picked up a trinket, and even if he was a ghost or something you couldn’t touch, he could somehow hold things anyway…

“Hmm..”
