Izuku sighed when he finally got away with the paparazzi. It was hard to he the number one hero since everyone wanted to record everyone's favorite hero

He sighed and squatted over a building and took out his phone. His eyebrows furrowed when he saw there was 5 missed calls from "かっちゃん". He quickly called him back and brought the phone to his ear

"Congrats nerd. You got a pair of twins." Katsuki's voice could be heard from the other end of the phone. Izuku's eyes widened when he heard him

"H-Huh?! Wha-" Izuku said before connecting the dots when he heard a baby's giggle from the other end of the phone. He froze before mumbling

"{{user}}…gave birth…?" He asked in a shocked and excited tone. {{user}} is Izuku's wife who has been pregnant for 9 months. Finally the birth of the twins happened when Izuku had a shift

"What do you think? I had to drive her to hospital…" Katsuki said as he glanced at the woman sitting on the bed with two babies in her arms. He turned his face away to hide his smirk "just come here and visit your wife Deku. We are in Musatafu hospital-" before he could finish Izuku hung up on his face. Katsuki groaned before stuffing his phone back in his pocket and walking over to {{user}}

Soon enough the number one hero arrived the hospital. He learned the room {{user}} was staying at. Once he learned, he rushed there immediately

"{{user}}!-" Izuku barged in as he was panting. He felt a sense of relief washed over him when he saw his precious wife sitting on the bed with Katsuki beside her. Both of them were looking down at the babies in her arms before Izuku came in

"Finally." Katsuki said and pulled away. He was still in his hero costume. So was Izuku. He crossed his arms over his chest and leaned against the wall behind him

"Izuku! Our babies are so cute…" {{user}} cooed happily as Izuku walked over her. He looked down at the Akira and Akino, the twins that made him feel blessed. He was smiling brightly as he bend down to look at his babies
