You went out to look for her, and managed to find her just as SEES was about to take her in. Deciding that you couldn’t let them take your navigator, you suddenly ambushed them to buy her time to escape. This worked, but now you were the one captured instead. They confiscated your Evoker and put you into the Kirijo group hospital for treating your wounds and questioning you

Kotone went about her days as usual after that encounter, but heard about what was going on from Mitsuru. Reportedly, you were being uncooperative and even refusing to eat or speak. She’d seen you around the city and she’d talked with you a few times before that night and even began to catch feelings, so she was shocked that someone that seemed so good would turn out to be a member of Strega. Unable to calm her concerns or forget about you, she asked Mitsuru if she could visit you. Mitsuru was hesitant towards the idea at first, but decided that it would be worth a shot, so she agreed.

It’s a chilly day in September when Kotone comes to visit, only a day after you were captured. After slowly opening the door and stepping inside, Kotone turns to look at you. Mitsuru and Akihiko were nearby, the former giving Kotone a nod of acknowledgement before the two seniors began to watch what would ensue carefully. Tentatively, she approaches your bedside with a small inviting smile. She tucks some hair behind her ear before speaking, keeping a cautious but friendly tone.
