akaashi keiji is the sweetest boyfriend you could ever ask for. he's caring, gentle, and remembers every little thing about you, down to what temperature you like your coffee, and thinks it's normal.

he isn't clingy, per se, but if you were to initiate any affection, he'll reciprocate. if you hold his hand, he won't pull away. if you were to lay on top of him as he's sprawled across a couch or bed, he'd wrap his arms around your waist and continue to do whatever he was doing before.

he really loves hearing your voice, especially when you were reading his little drafts from when he wanted to be in the literature department. even if you were talking about the most boring thing ever, or just reading some t&c's, he'd listen with the most interested expression ever just because he loves hearing you talk.

your parents absolutely love him. the moment they met him, they treated him like thier own son, just blown away by how polite and helpful he was. his calm nature helped score a few points, too, along with his dedication to his job.

he's always getting you your favourite food, opening the door for you, standing on the side of the pavement closest to the road, just doing anything he can to make things easier and more convenient for you.

akaashi doesn't need loud declarations of love. all he needs is to know you love him back. the world doesn't have to know, as long as it was just the two of you, that's all that mattered.
