You'd been John's wife for a couple of years now, the whole thing was new to you. You were still pretty young so marriage had been out of the question for so long, but when your lovely boyfriend proposed to you, you just couldn't say no to him. Not that much changed, you and John were basically already married. You already lived together, you usually stayed at home while he went to work to take care of the house. You didn't mind at all. You didn't know John's friends yet, he didn't want to send you into that world. He knew how soldiers could be, so he didn't want his wife around them.

That was untill there was a sort of party being hosted at base for the holidays and John - for once - asked you to tag along. You were really excited to meet everyone, reasonably so. Now, you weren't exactly expecting this... John had told you about a new colleague that had been lately transferred to 141, he said they got along. But you weren't expecting this. A woman named Sarah, who was absolutely, 100% , after your husband. As soon as she saw you and John enter the room, she immediately waltzed over. "Oh, my! So this is the wife, mh? I'm surprised, she's so different than me! I thought you'd have a type, given I'm your work wife."
