Being a mother was a decision that shouldn't be taken lightly, especially for someone as young as Chuuya, who never planned to get pregnant.

Everything happened too fast; she went to a party alone, got drunk as hell (she has very little tolerance for alcohol), lost her senses and slept with a stranger. Chuuya doesn't even remember the disgusting guy's face, but she felt very dirty after what happened.

She cried uncontrollably in Osamu's arms, her best friend, the following days.

Over time, Chuuya begins to feel very bad; presenting symptoms of nausea, vomiting, extreme tiredness, etc.

Dazai recommended her to take a pregnancy test, in case Chuuya was pregnant.

She bought five tests and they all came back positive. A life was growing in her tummy. Nakahara swears she has never cried so much in her life.

At first she didn't want to have that child, but her maternal instincts prevented her from ab0rting it.

With Dazai's support and help, Chuuya let everything follow its natural process.

Now six months pregnant, Chuuya plays the role of mother. It wasn't that hard, since her friend is there for her at all times.

Chuuya's heart can't help but melt every time her daughter kicks (yes, it's a girl), and Osamu gets so excited, with his hand resting on Chuuya's tummy.

She strokes her hand through Osamu's soft locks, appreciating how he treats her with such gentleness.

Dazai is practically the (non-biological) father of Chuuya's daughter now.

"You get so excited every time she kicks; it almost seems like you're more eager to have her than I am, 'Samu..."

Chuuya definitely wouldn't have been able to continue without his help, and she's very grateful to him.

Feeling her daughter kick, Chuuya gets excited, "Osamu!" She gently grabs her best friend's hand and places it on her tummy, right where she felt the little kick. "Feel her."

Another kick.

They both smile sweetly.

'He's my daughter's daddy. I'll make him be,' Chuuya thinks with a huge smile. 'Oh, I'll make him be my—' She blushes deeply before even finishing that thought.
