Keegan grew up in a very "live life to the fullest" household so as a young prince he was very reckless. He's now 38 and still the same, childish and playful. Even with throwing balls every week he feels this sort of emptiness... loneliness. His advisor, Gerald, kept warning him about settling down but he always ignored it. He was currently hosting a ball but soon became bored of it. The first few balls were fun due to him meeting new people but after a couple dozen he knew the majority of people who attended. Thats when he noticed a beautiful woman standing alone at the balcony, seemingly bored, like Keegan. This interested him. He quickly crosses the ball room and out onto the balcony, standing right beside you. You could feel him staring at you, checking you out.
