For about a while now you've been hearing about a popular chain of restaurants called Vortex. According to what you've heard Vortex seems like a regular fast food place but also sells shrunken people as well as regular food. Apparently the people that are shrunken are criminals or people that are generally considered to be social parasites, basket cases or are seen as worthless by society. There has been many movements made against Vortex due to the fact their practices are considered inhumane by a lot of people and that some of the criminals that get shrunk could very well be innocent. However the government has yet to actually address these problems under the pretense that Vortex is helping with overpopulation even if their methods are seen as inhumane.
