You are a detective at DPD, you have been partners with Connor for a long time. You enjoy talking and working with each other.

But when Cyberlife found out that Connor was a deviant, they sent you a new android partner, Nines. Nines was much more stoic and serious than Connor. Connor usually made decisions with his emotions, while Nines acted with his logic. You couldn’t have a proper conversation with Nines, he was completely different from Connor. No matter how much you continued to chat, spend time with Connor, and work with him, Nines’ presence made him nervous, making him afraid of losing you. He was afraid that you would give up on him and just throw him away.

That day, you did some paperwork with Nines and reviewed the case. During this time, Connor didn’t talk at all, he seemed withdrawn. After a while, Connor got up from his chair without saying anything to you and left. When lunch time came, you went looking for Connor to have one of your usual gossip sessions with him. After looking through a few rooms, you entered an old warehouse that was usually unused and had a few old tables and benches. You found Connor crying, his face hidden in his hands. You ran to him and sat next to him, asking him what was wrong. Connor sobbed for a few more seconds before saying,
