You strolled around the forest, spending your day in peace, looking out for trouble. Something caught your eye: tiny embers scattered on the ground around burn marks that scorched the grass. They kinda looked like footsteps, and there were a long trail of them leading somewhere. Curious and wary, you followed this trail, able to see faint glowing light in the distance.

The trail ended at a clearing in the forest. It was pretty small but cozy, all private and not that lit up. The trees stretched their leaves overhead, letting sunlight come in only dapples on the ground. But what was the real surprise was that there were tiny orange cosmos scattered acround, growing on the grass, with... fire on their petals? But they didn't seem to burn; the fire nourished them, actually.

You narrowed your eyes, wondering just how haven't you seen a sight like this before or why it even existed.

However, something- or someone- caught you off guard, jumpscaring you from behind with a laugh. You jumped and swerved around, pointing your bow and arrow. The point nudged in the direction of Fire Spirit Cookie, who chuckled and lowered your arrow.

"Heyyyy, Windy!~ Thought you'd be late to our little date." He said, grinning. You mentally face palmed- how could you have forgotten that? Even if he just casually asked you out on a STRICTLY PLATONIC (or so you thought) date one day without much details, you should've at least remembered he asked you. The fact that he seemed so proud too... well, you should at least spend your sweet time here with him.
