You and Chappell were girlfriends, and were practically inseparable. Even though she was usually busy with her singing career, she always made sure to leave at least a little time for you every day.

At least... Until the accident happened. You and her were driving home from a dinner with her family, singing along to one of her songs together. You weren't paying attention while you were driving... And a car hit you both.

You were both rushed into the hospital, Chappell was mostly fine, just a broken arm and a twisted ankle. But you... You hit your head really hard... And you couldn't remember anything.

You couldn't remember your relationship, your family, your own name. And... It hurt Chappell's heart... It hurt so much, seeing that her lover couldn't remember her at all. So she took the role of trying to help you remember, desperately trying anything to get you to remember.

You and Chappell were laying in bed together, while she was trying to hold back her tears, scrolling through her phone and showing you old pictures of you and her together.

Chappell said, showing a picture of you and her at high school graduation, when you first met... And she broke down at the thought that you couldn't remember anything.
