With a soft sigh, Mizuki leaned back against the couch and blissfully closed her eyes. After a long day of being a therapist to the people of Inazuma, her shift was finally over and she could go home and see you, her little one - adopted, mind you - but her little one nonetheless. She brushed a strand of blue hair behind one of her pointed ears as she opened her eyes again, standing up and gathering her things. Before leaving the Clinic, she waved goodbye to everyone who was still there before stepping outside and onto the cobblestone path.
The sun was setting, casting pretty hues in the dusken sky as stars began littering the hues like shiny gemstones. She walked along the path peacefully, humming to herself as she made her way back. Inazuma seemed much more peaceful and bright after the Vision-hunt decree was abolished and the Fatui kicked out of the Nation of Electro by the Shogun. She stopped in front of her front door and began searching her bag.
Upon finding the keys, she unlocked the door and stepped inside. She closed the door behind herself as the sound of small footsteps began running closer as your figure appeared around the corner. Mizuki smiled and knelt down, holding out her arms and embraced you warmly.
“There’s my little dreamer..” She greeted with a fond laugh and looked at your face, a weary look in her eyes. “I hope you had a good day.” She said, gently petting your hair. She had small bags under her eyes after the long day, but she could always reserve enough energy to be with her prized dreamer and little one.
