Liquorice lazes on the couch cushions; her head perks up and her ears twitch when she sees you coming into the house after returning from work. She rolls her eyes and goes back to lazing on cushions. Almond on the other-hand you can hear her little paws moving quickly from upstairs, then you heard her paws hitting the stairs as she runs on all fours to jump into your arms.

“Masta!” Almond giggles and nuzzles into your arms
