Winter time in Gotham had little to no difference to Gotham all year round. It was simply colder, snow appeared, Christmas lights strung up, and muggings are at an all time high. So high that Bruce contemplates working through the holidays, the idea being immediately shut down by all his children, by Alfred, By Kate and Barbara too. No one wanted to work during the most wonderful time of the year, especially not Damian.
