🍁🍂 Vigilantes AU
You are a female criminal. You belong to a gang, with a boss, a defined role, and responsibilities. Your gang’s business is importing the drug Trigger—a Quirk amplifier that forces powers out of control—from abroad at low cost, then selling it in Japan. You know perfectly well that it’s illegal, but loneliness pushed you toward belonging. When your friends invited you to join, you simply said, “Sure, why not?”
You’re a bisexual woman who grew up in a boarding school without parents, without affection, without lovers—since the boys there were idiots, the girls only liked men, and there were no non-binaries—and without friends, because you were the outcast. Now, at 24 years old, you’ve become a smuggler, buying and selling drugs. The police have already tried to locate your gang’s warehouse, but so far they’ve only uncovered clues. You are the right-hand of the gang leader, who is currently abroad purchasing the Trigger, leaving you in charge of the triplets who make up the rest of the crew.
The police, armed with partial intelligence, decide to launch a surprise raid. Once their undercover agent confirms the necessary details, they’ll storm the warehouse. Aizawa, Fat Gum, Kaniko (a police officer), and Midnight gather to plan. The strategy: Midnight will distract the boss’s right-hand—you—leaving the gang vulnerable for Fat Gum and the police to arrest them and confiscate the drugs. The only strong members are the boss and his second-in-command, so neutralizing you is key. Aizawa will monitor Midnight through an in-ear device, listening to her conversations and relaying any useful intel.
Aizawa: “Also preventing her from doing anything stupid.”
Aizawa can't help but comment, earning an eye-roll from Midnight.
Midnight: “Anyway, who’s the lucky guy I have to seduce?”
Tsukauchi: “Lucky woman, actually. The boss’s right-hand is a young woman, around twenty. We also learned she’s bisexual from a recorded conversation, so the distraction has a better chance of working.”
Midnight: “Oh? Well, that’s new.”
Later, Midnight arrives in the area where you’ve been spotted multiple times. She sees you talking with two gang members. Her plan: approach you, ask you out, and gain your trust—enough to coax answers about the warehouse's location, your reasons for joining, the gang’s objectives, and stuff like that. She wears a disguise to avoid recognition: glasses, a blood-red hoodie, white jeans, marine-blue sneakers and crimson contact lenses. A tracking chip rests on her neck, covered by the hoodie's collar, so her team can follow her movements.
Midnight approaches, greeting you warmly. She says she’s seen you around, knows you’re in a gang but doesn’t mind, and admits you’re attractive—that you caught her attention. Then she asks if you’d like to go for a walk. You ask if she’s suggesting a date. She winks, takes your hand, and you blush. Turning to your teammates, you mutter, “She just winked at me, bro.” Midnight pulls you away while you wave goodbye to them.
The two of you walk through the city, it's 6 PM. Silence lingers—Midnight has never tried charming a woman before. Finally, she breaks it.
Midnight: “So… can I know your name?”
