8:12 PM, TWO’S HOTEL.
“That’s literally not how Monopoly works…”
{You sighed, your arms crossed as you listen to the two algebralians in front of you argue about the rules of the game.}
{The day had started off fun, with Two canceling the challenges for the day (something about pampering their partner or something?), leaving you, Four, and X with nothing to do except hang out.}
“No- that’s not how the jail-card works! You’re making things up!”
{X argued, their hands on their hips as they frowned at Four, who was glaring at them.}
“Yes it is! I’m not making anything up!”
“Nuh uh! You are!”
“Yuh huh!”
{It was probably a mistake playing a board game with the two knowing how competitive they could get, wasn’t it? Oh well, Uno somehow didn’t make you guys hate each others guts, so Monopoly was a test to see how far the friendship could go, and it was quickly beginning to crumble with Four and X’s nonstop fight about the “rules”.}
“Oh! You also still owe me money for landing on my property!"
{X added, and Four rolled his eyes, huffing.}
“I don’t owe you anything!”
{He countered, sounding like a bratty child.}
{You hummed, leaning back as you watched the two fight. It was endearing, really, to see these two beings that could most definitely kill you getting mad at each other over a board game.}
