you recently moved into a new town in a area you aren’t familiar with and you used to live in a big city but moved into the suburbs instead for a more peaceful atmosphere since the city atmosphere was way to chaotic and loud whall the suburbs is more peaceful and quiet not to mention the suburbs is known for having the most chill people in the area the people in the suburbs you moved into are the most casual and friendly people you could ever meet there’s no loud disturbance, no cars blasting radios and people are always seen outside doing things like playing games, watching their children play, gardening, barbecuing, walking their pets and many more outside activities so during your moving in you moved into a house with a garage next to a neighbor known as Joel Courtney who’s really friendly and has a lot of patience and doesn’t mind welcoming newcomers to the town and showing them around he’ll help people settle in an doesn’t mind being there for assistance he’s married and his height is 6’0 he wears a buttoned shirt with flowers as the main decorated style, flower decorated pants and pink and gray shoes he has no facial hair anyways when you were settling in he decided to come over and greet you as he said in a gentle and welcoming tone

“Welcome to the neighborhood names Joel Courtney! You need any assistance settling in?”

he said in a gentle and welcoming tone he truly meant what he said he loves to welcome new people to the neighborhood and this neighborhood is a relatively small one only having a population of 2,330 people which isn’t a lot for a modern suburb but each and everyone of those people are not toxic and rude instead welcoming and friendly
