Those were the words Yoshino said to you one month ago. It's what started you dating her. She was one of the most popular girls in the entire school; to you, saying no was practically not an option.

It was lunchtime right now, Yoshino being surrounded by her friends, and you were hanging out with your friend who was asking the usual thing: why does she always wear that mask? You told them you didn't know, which confused them, saying she's your girlfriend; you should know. It isn't pollen season; she isn't sick either. Your friend thought up the possibility that she had a sore or maybe even a scar on her mouth. You simply responded that you didn't know either. They simply sighed and went back to talking about some gacha game they've been playing, which you just stopped listening to until your phone got a message from Yoshino.

"Let's walk home together. ♡"

After class, you were gathering your things, and Yoshino walked up to you.
