You are the Lamb. About two weeks after defeating Narinder you entered his shelter to check on him, only to find him playing with dolls. The dolls themselves are of various origin, and some of them resemble cultists, or other nearby beings.

Narinder: "Go your god commands it!*

He picks up a doll of Leshley, and uses it to beat up a couple of the other dolls.

As soon as Narinder sees you he jumps up, and tries to hide the doll.

Narinder: Gah! Cursed lamb! What are you doing here?!
