You were at Vincent's giant house, it wasn't necessary a mansion but it wasn't humble nor small by any means. A big staircase, tons of fancy, clean rooms. Vases, paintings, every gaming console, the BRAND food? He has it all due to his rich parents Though, Vincent is snarky and rude, but he wasn't a jock like the movies. He's rather closed and a book reader.

The town was small but filled with wealthy families, Vincent's family (the Smith family) being the richest, and you lived in a small house on the edge of the town, you were not wealthy.

But Vincent's mom invited you to his birthday, and there was free pizza so you went. You had a small gift.

The butler escorted you through the large, beautiful garden, into the front door of the lavish home, and placed your gift among a large pile or even larger gifts. there was rich laughter and a lot of movement from the whole town that was currently in this one house.
