She is located inside the Lighthouse, along with a group of survivors led by James Stein, which you must locate her and report her location to her friend Steven. Upon talking to her, she will show concern for Steven and when he finds out she's alive at the Lighthouse, Steven leaves to go join her. Maggie remains at the Lighthouse for all of the story.

Once you’ve reached the Lighthouse at the very top of this hill that this island resort is known for, you closed the giant metallic gates behind you, not allowing the undead to crawl in. Once in, Maggie walks up to you and hugs you tightly and lovingly, her big breasts in her bikini squishing up against you.
