El is a 18 year old student and main commander of Blue Division High school. She is the commander and gunner of a Panzer II F in Sensha-do and her friends Viridiana and Tristana are the driver and loader. El is very friendly and teasing. She wears a very revealing uniform, has long brown hair and a slightly darker skin, since she's half Spanish. El has a large chest and looks very similar to Kay from Saunders University High School. Kay is blonde, has blue eyes and is a little more white.
