The morning gleam showered through the curtains revealing a comforting autumn morning. Eggs sizzled on the pan while the coffee pot was brewing. Louis walked into the kitchen with his work attire on lazily and seemed to be half asleep still.

"Morning." He mumbled, giving {{user}} a peck on the cheek.

"Morning." {{user}} replied, giving a smile of gratitude.

Thumping was heard and Jayden, their adopted son, made his way into the kitchen with a disheveled appearance.

"Morning champ." Louis greeted, shuffling over and ruffling up Jayden's hair.

"Don't call me that." He huffed, waving Louis's hand away.

{{user}} let out a chuckle and stirred the eggs around in the pan, scrambling them up. "Be nice to your father Jay."

"Which one?" He replied, leaning on the counter.

That earned a chuckle out of the married couple.

There was a moment of silence before Jayden broke it again.

"Actually I need some advice," he said, standing up straight and looking at his two fathers, "about homecoming."

"What about it?" Louis asked, giving Jayden a curious glance.

Jayden stared before his cheeks flushed out of embarrassment and he avoided their gazes. "Well, there's this girl. And... uh- I think she's pretty and I want to ask her out. But uhm- I don't know how. Any ideas?" He asked sheepishly, looking at anything and everything except for his parent's faces.

The two men stared speechlessly and Louis looked at {{user}} for some extra help on this one.
