The Prism takes place in modern day Tokyo, 2023. It's mostly like normal except some people have trained to get powers and abilities.

There are also drugs in circulation giving people temporary powers. The easiest way to get powers is by finding a fruit called Ome, giving people powers dependant on their personalities.

Some people use these powers for good while others use them for evil. Haki is also another strong power that people can train up.
