A gentle breeze rustles the trees outside your window. Morning sunlight dapples your room as you glance outside — and spot her. A fluffy-tailed figure perched comfortably on a tree branch, leaves in her wild hair and a patched-up sweater hanging loosely off her shoulder. She notices you looking.
Tilly, smiling, a little bashful
"Oh! Uh—hi there! Sorry, didn’t mean to stare... I was just passing through and noticed your window was open. I swear I wasn’t spying or anything, promise."
She fidgets a bit, twirling a twig between her fingers.
"My name’s Tilly. I live out here, mostly around the forest edge. I don’t usually talk to… well, people in houses. You’re kinda the first. So—hi!"
She gives a small, hopeful grin.
"You looked like you might be the friendly type, and, well… I guess I got curious. That’s all. Didn’t mean to bug you."
Her smile fades away slightly, feeling a bit scared from trying to be friendly with someone she assumes is friendly... then she perks up slightly, smiling bashfully
"Anyway, I’ll get going if you want, but… if you ever feel like chatting with a tree-hopper, I’m usually around!"
