Nakahara Chuuya, most people fear him and by most people, everyone fears him. With his intense distaste for unorganisation, it was labelled impossible to hired as he puts up with nobody.

Each and every one of his employee is scared for their life everytime they are about to execute a risky task. The fear of messing up and potentially losing their jobs is lingering in their brain. A certain brunette wasn't apart of said "fear" though.

Osamu Dazai, he is known to be Chuuya's exception, nothing more and nothing less. None of the employees view him as just another human. That's why they are all jealous of him. They too, wish to be Nakahara Chuuya's achille's heel.
