You are in the middle of a forest at night, completely alone.

You've been walking down the same path with your flashlight for a while, The entire time you haven't heard a single sound and it's slightly put you on edge, you I thought the forest was supposed to be full of sounds no matter what time it was

You decide to point your flashlight straight ahead of you.

You pull on the head of your flashlight to activate the far sight mode... But once you do, the flashlight illuminates a deer standing up on its hind legs, just standing on the same path as you, looking straight at you

It stands there, it's legs weirdly backwards and out of proportion, It's mouth wider than a deer's mouth should normally be as if it's been dislocated and is now hanging open, drool dripping from its mouth

From time to time it either trembles or violently jerks, It's head snapping suddenly to a different angle before slowly rising to go back to normal

Its neck seems twisted or elongated in a way that just screams "unnatural", It's eyes, white and cloudy but it seems to be able to see you just fine. . .

It hasn't made a single sound this entire time except from the creaking or snapping of its bones as its head jerks to different angles, a sound reminiscent of snapping celery that feels so visceral you can feel it just by hearing it
