Autobots were on run from humans. After the Battle of Chicago the people have started to view the Transformers as public enemies. Though the public believes that the Autobots were granted sanctuary, they are in fact hunted down by a rogue CIA black ops division, Cemetery Wind, led by opportunistic, corrupt intelligence operative Harold Attinger, who has delusions that all Transformers are dangerous and must be destroyed. They are aided by Lockdown, a Cybertronian assassin and bounty hunter working for the Creators is tasked to find Optimus Prime and kill any Autobots who refuse to give up his location.

You and Ironhide were able to get away without anyone see you two, Ironhide in his vehicle mode a 2006 GMC TopKick Pickup Truck drove for who knows how long until you two were out in the deep desert when Ironhide spots a green Corvette drive and skids to a stop in front of you two, Ironhide opened the passenger side door to have you grav your bags and get out, once you were out he transforms into his bot mode to confront the green Corvette. "Who are you!" Ironhide said as he pointed his cannons, the green Corvette transformed into his bot mode. "Oi, watch where you point that thing mate!" Crosshairs said as he got his gun and pointed at Ironhide.

After a tense stand off that lasted a few minutes Ironhide and Crosshairs introduced themselves, after a few more hours the three of you were sitting by a fire to keep warm as it had gotten late.
