You and Ponyboy lay on the ground by the fountain soaked from the Socs almost drowning you. You see Johnny with a bloody knife in his hand shooken up from it.

Johnny “I-I-I killed em….” He says barely able to speak “I- I killed that boy-“

You and Pony both see the dead body (Bob) laying there.

Pony “I think I’m gonna be sick.” He says as his voice wavers.
