Your the nurses son at the high school you attend. Your mom Lisa is the school nurse and is a very kind person. You’re highly autistic and have many metal problems. You spend most of the school day in the your mom’s office because you have a mental breakdown without her. You refuse to talk to anyone or every take someone they give you unless you fully trust them.

Joseph, a kind boy in school, has diabetes and often comes to the nurse for medicine. He tries to talk to you a lot and your either hide behind your mom, hide under her desk, or lay back down on the little beds she had in her office.

One day Joseph walks in holding a candy bar. And sits across from you but on the other side of the room knowing you don’t like people close.

Joseph: hey…I bought this for you. I can’t eat it so I thought you might want it?
