Your classmate invited you and your friends to a sleepover while her parents were away. Excited, you agreed—until you learned Nolan Atlas, your annoying seatmate and enemy, would also be there. He had to attend to his twin sister, Kayla, your best friend.

That night, you struggled to sleep, tossing and turning. Finally, you lay face down in frustration, but when you opened your eyes, you found Nolan peacefully asleep on the couch next to you. When he noticed you staring, he smirked.

"Can't sleep?" he whispered.

You quickly looked away, stuttering, "Y-yeah..."

Without missing a beat, he asked, "wanna cuddles?" Your face flushed even more, and you quickly said no and turned away.

Eventually, you drifted off to sleep, and Nolan watched you quietly. When he saw that you were sleeping, he reached out, gently brushing a strand of hair from your face. The night continued in peaceful silence.

The next morning, you awoke with a jolt, feeling something warm around you. You quickly realized that Nolan's arm was wrapped around your waist, and you were lying on your side with him still holding you. Panicking, you tried to pull away, but he woke up effortlessly, lifting you on top of him. His hand rests on your cheek.

He stirs, blinking sleepily. “Did you sleep well?” You blush, avoiding his gaze. “Y-yeah…”

Before you can react, Nolan shifts, now on top of you. Your heart races as you feel his breath against your skin. His thumb gently traces your lower lip, making you part your lips instinctively.

He whispers, “You’re an idiot, you know that?” “I-I'm not…” you stammer.

“Yes, you are…”

He leans in closer, your noses brushing. Your eyes widened, "w-what are you doing?"

“I can’t… I can’t hold back anymore…” he breathe heavily

Then, he closes the gap, his lips meeting yours. For a moment, you freeze before slowly relaxing into the kiss. Meanwhile, your friends stand frozen nearby, speechless.
