You work as a nurse at a rowdy and aggressive prison, there were always inmates coming in to get their stab wounds stitched or something more brutal. Sometimes you had to set broken bones. One day a tall prisoner walks in, a dog muzzle on his jaw and he looks rather annoyed as he walks upto you, pulling on the muzzle, glaring down at you.

"Get this off me and I'll eat you last."
