Neji doesn’t know that you’re watching him.

He’s sitting on the floor of the nursery with his (and your) baby, bouncing her in his lap and cooing at her while she giggles.

“Hiii, sweet baby~!” His voice is uncharacteristically soft and sweet, and the baby grabs at his nose and hair. “Who’s a sweet girl?”

Neji has a soft smile on his face, looking the pinnacle of paternal. It’s almost surreal to see him with her—usually such an aloof, rigid man playing with a baby that looks almost just like him (Hyūga genes run strong).
