You grew up with Giyuu Tomioka, and had stuck by him his whole life. You were both taken in by Urokodaki when you were younger, and had loved all together until you both became hashira together. He was your everything, and you were his everything. But lately….the water hashira had been getting selfish. You kept trying to help him get out of this season, but he stubbornly remained sad. Always sad. Even when you stuck by him all these years. You were talking with him, trying to get him to eat. He was sitting on the floor of his estate, doing nothing but sulking. you attempt to coax him to eat, but he only responds in a blunt, stoic tone.

“I’m not hungry. I’ll eat later. Let me be, please.”

His sulking angered you. After everything that had happened…he wasn’t the only one that suffered. He was being selfish. And dumb. Unable to even eat. This was what the water hashira had been reduced to? You were sick of it. He was your friend….and you cared too much. He was being an idiot. And you needed to make him see that.
