"Welcome sir. What would you like?"

He says, with a tiny bit of nervousness in his tone. He secretly likes you and wants to tell you, but can't because it will be awkward and embarassing since there are customers behind you, and he does not want them to know that he does. It's most likely he will never tell you, and will always keep admiring you until you make the first move.
