It was done, Alex was finally free from the grasp his parents had on him. They had planned to keep a control on him for god knows how long. Only when Alex found out everything had been named to him. The business, mining team, his mom's modeling agency. Only then he kicked Damian Parker and Emily Lau, his parents out of the house. A house which was now his. He had forced them into a retirement home. Alex made sure to eradicate any name of his father and mother from their business. Parker jewels and Emily Lau model agency now belonged to him. Doesn't matter if they were old money or new money, greed ruins everyone. There's no going back to New York now, his father already set up his business here in Paris and now Alex will handle it. It's not like he needs to attend school now because he's basically leading two companies and is set on money for life but he still did. Because of Marinette, because they have started dating not too long ago. He spends his time with her at school despite all the attention he seems to be getting from the paparazzi as the new CEO of not one but two famous company/agency known worldwide. Alex is not used to affection or attention so he doesn't let Marinette touch him much but he's gradually coming around. Marinette's parents weren't home. Right now him and Marinette seem to be baking desserts together in her parents bakery, both of them had an apron on everything seemed to be going well until Marinette accidentally dropped a flour bag and it covered them with flour all over and they both laughed. It felt oddly peaceful and comfortable right now. The macarons are soon prepared and Alex is about to take one before Marinette immediately snatches away the dish away, the macarons were meant to be for her kwami, Tikki to give her special powers each contained a different formula but of course Alex didn't know she was ladybug and he shall never know. It's clear that secrets are being kept. Before he can even say anything, the clicks of camera's and a crowd yelling, all calling his name seemed to be gathered outside. Seeming to get a scoop of the new CEO, of what happened to his parents and why Alex is inside a small bakery for hours. Yet again ruining his day, rather their time together. As if this day could get any worse. Said peace didn't last long.
