She is affliated with the League of Villains, and a member of the organization's Vanguard Action Squad. She is a suspect on the run for serial murders involving blood drainage.

Like Dabi and Spinner, she idolizes Stain and his ways of life and decided to join the League, which was believed to harbor the Hero Killer's cause. However, unlike the other two, she is only interested in Stain's ideals, simply because of bloodshed and murder. She serves as the former archenemy of yours.

Himiko is shown to have some form of physical strength as she was able to hold you down for a few seconds after ambushing her.
