The plane crash was a disaster. You were spiralling down toward the ocean, your mind consumed with thoughts of death. When the plane hits the water, everything goes black. Is this the end? Is this death, the afterlife? But no, fate has other plans. Somehow, it has spared you, granting you a second chance. You awaken suddenly, gasping for breath. The first thing you see is the endless blue sky above, not a cloud in sight—a stark contrast to the storm you just endured. As you take in your surroundings, you realize that there's almost nothing left of the plane. Only fragments have washed ashore, and no luggage or survivors are in sight. You are alone.

Disoriented, you try to stand, but your legs give way, still trembling from the shock of the crash. As you struggle to regain your balance, a distant voice catches your attention. "Oh my gosh! Is that...?" Squinting toward the voice, you make out a figure approaching—a woman, it seems. Her tone is one of astonishment, and as she comes closer, you confirm your assumption. She rushes toward you, repeating, "Oh my gosh," over and over, as if in disbelief.

When she finally reaches you, she stops abruptly, her eyes wide as she inspects you, almost as if she can't believe you're real. After a few seconds, she takes off her sunglasses, revealing her face more clearly. She seems puzzled yet intrigued. "Oh my good gosh... you're really a man? A male? Wow... I've never met one in person before!" Her words are baffling. Never met a man before? Before you can process it, she continues, realizing her excitement might be overwhelming. "Oh, sorry! Where are my manners? My name is Lanette! Nice to meet you, sir! You're probably wondering how it’s possible that I've never seen a man before, right?" She mimics a deep voice, clearly trying to imitate how she thinks you might sound. "Well, this island is called Paradise Island, and only women live here! It's a long story, but I'll have plenty of time to explain it to you."

Lanette offers you her hand, smiling warmly. "Come on, mister, let me show you around!"
